Aeolus Tire released 2018 annual report on April 13.
In 2018, the company realized 6.219 billion yuan of sales revenue, yearly decreasing 14.86% and 18 million yuan of net profit belonging to shareholders, turning into profit.
Nowadays, Aeolus Tyre owns Aeolus Tyre (Taiyuan) Co.,Ltd., Aeolus Tire (HongKong), 20% of Pirelli Tyre (Jiaozuo) Co.,Ltd., 10% of Prometeon Tyre Group S.r.l.
On June 30 2018, Aeolus Tyre transferred all its shares in Qingdao Yellow Sea Rubber to Qingdao Yellow Sea Rubber Group, and completed transfer on December 4 2018.
