With respect to the final determination, Brazil will impose anti-dumping tariff of 307.09 to 3,420.75 U.S. dollars/ton on relevant Chinese producers and exporters. The anti-dumping tariff will be imposed for five years, effective immediately from which the determination was announcement.

The duty codes of the products are 4011.61.00, 4011.69.90, 4011.92.10, 4011.92.90, 4011.99.10, 4011.62.00, 4011.63.90 and 4011.63.00.

Following are the producers/exporters of the products involved and the anti-dumping tariffs.

An official with Guizhou Tyre said the final ruling of Brazil has little impact on the company.

He said that company’s globalization development makes it hard to be affected by the obstacle from a single country, and the loss will be made up from other markets.

But he also said that protectionism of international trade is on the rise, if the tendency continues, the entire tire industry will suffer.

Brazilian authority of industry and foreign trade service officially launched anti-dumping investigation against agricultural machinery tires from China on Dec. 21, 2015.

On Apr. 15, 2016, the department made the preliminary anti-dumping ruling on agricultural machinery tires from China, determining the products involved in the case were being dumped in Brazil and caused physical injuries to its domestic industry, and there is causal link between the dumping and industrial injuries.
